WHAT IS BODY WHISPERING?
Your physical body is powerful communicator and a reflection of who you are ~ physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically & spiritually.

It is interconnected with every aspect of your being and a breakdown in the physical body is often the 'symptom' of something else going on; a message, a key, a language of sorts .. a whisper.

When you unlock your ability to understand your bodies unique language and the wisdom it holds and is TRYING to share you with you. You start to form a unbreakable bond with yourself, cultivate a deeper sense of power, self love and access your own inner healer.

In my Body Whispering sessions I use a combination of intuitive massage, body work, movement, sound therapy, energy clearing & healing elixirs. Helping to connect you more deeply with your body, alleviate both physical and non physical tension whilst provide a deep rest and reset to your entire being.
I will help you to understand what your body is trying to tell you by facilitating deep communication and translation of the whispers and unique language of your body.
